Why sponsor NWSCC?
North West Sydney Cycling Club was founded for the community in January 2015 by a committed group of cyclists who were enjoying the physical and social benefits of riding together, and were pushing themselves to further explore the beautiful North West region of Sydney, its challenging hills and gorges. This core group decided to found a club to make the most of the enticing landscape and bring many others on board. It was quickly ratified by Cycling Australia and the club has not looked back.
NWSCC is now one of the fastest growing cycling club in NSW with new members joining weekly. The Saturday social ride is the highlight of the week attracting upwards of 80 cyclists. NWSCC also host regular races at Sydney Motorsport Park.
The club has members ranging from racing A grade through to E grade. Its mission now is to encourage participation and community involvement, encourage more female participation and maintain the strong emphasis of being a social club by the people and for the people. NWSCC has brought together a community that holds regular social evenings and events.
