The end of the month has come around again - in fact this means we are half way through the year!! Last Sunday of the month means its ladies day!

Come and join me for a cruise around the park and a chat. Monthly ride for the ladies - get the boys to look after the kids if you need to and get out for some fresh air.

I will be the one in orange by the kiosk at 7am. We'll do some laps of the park and then its the most important part of the morning - coffee time!

Doesn't matter your speed, its all about getting to know like minded ladies. Chat and learn about cycling (and anything else you like) and just generally enjoy each other's company.

If you want a longer ride, feel free to get some people together and ride across from the Etta (or anywhere you like)!
